White treccione is a pulled cheese made with pasteurised cow’s milk. After pulling, it is braided by hand and then placed in brine for about 6 hours. (and smoked with liquid smoke aroma). After salting it is packaged. The milk used comes exclusively from Sicilian farms. The product does not contain preservatives.
