White scamorzetta is made with whole pasteurised cow’s milk. The consistency is soft, the flavour is pleasantly sweet. Salting is carried out in strong brine. The small rounded forms are ideal for the table. The milk used comes exclusively from Sicilian farms. The product does not contain preservatives.
