Our products spring from the long Sicilian cheese-making tradition, cleverly updated and adapted to modern demand, while respecting all the rules and regulations which guarantee the consumer’s health and well-being.
The production, mainly based on the elaboration of sheep’s and cow’s milk, is closely linked to traditional methods in order to obtain a high hand-made quality.
In fact our products appear on the market as niche products, in the best specialised groceries, and in the most scrupulous and renowned hotels and restaurants.
The direct production and distribution, avoiding eventual middle-men, guarantees the freshness and the quality of the product, and, last but not least, an excellent quality/price ratio.
